Premium Hi-Rib 40 PU Roofing

Ledex Premium™ Hi-Rib 40 PU Roofing is made of high tensile steel with a 40mm deep trapezoidal profile. It is designed for low roof pitch applications (as low as 1° pitch) and provides a water-resistant insulated roofing system processed using high density close-cell polyurethane.

  • Low pitch performance: able to fix down to roof of 1° pitch (application guidance in catalogue).
  • Larger span, fewer fasteners: premium profile design helps reduce installation time.
  • Water-resistant & insulated: PU core improves thermal and acoustic comfort.
  • Concealed concept: lapping & screws are concealed using clip cover (same roof colour) for seamless finish.
  • Durable handling: harder to be damaged during transportation and offers good sound absorption.

Premium insulated roofing profile with concealed fixing concept

Premium Hi-Rib 40 PU Roofing combines high tensile steel facings with a rigid PU core to deliver thermal insulation, water resistance, and long-term durability. The concealed concept helps protect fasteners from corrosion and reduces the likelihood of leaks.

Designed for faster installation and long-term durability

The Premium Hi-Rib profile is engineered to allow larger span and reduce the number of fasteners, helping to reduce installation time. Concealed fixing helps minimise leakage risk and maintenance.

  • Larger span: premium profile supports wider purlin spacing (refer to catalogue span tables).
  • Leakage prevention concept: concealed screws reduce exposure to corrosion.
  • Durable handling: reduced risk of damage during transport.

Premium Hi-Rib 40 PU Roofing – FAQ

Catalogue examples include factories, industrial roofs, commercial & industrial buildings, institutions, agriculture mega buildings, roof extensions and low pitch residential projects.

Yes. The rigid PU core improves heat resistance (lower heat transfer) and provides good sound absorption, especially useful during rainfall.
